Something that I noticied in one of my colleague Farhan Thawar's signature is a link which if I click opens up a chat window on my Live Messenger for me to chat with him - Interesting :-) Here's how you can do it -
Just create an A Href to point to msnim:chat?contact=userName@hotmail.com and you should be ready to go!
