As a former connoisseur of Lego houses, towers, cars, and anything else I could think to make with those glorious little plastic gems, I found this thrilling. Admittedly, my tastes have changed somewhat as an adult, and these fine gentlemen have found a way to renew my interest in Legos.
Two former Lego employees have written a book divulging the Dark Side of Legos. Entitled, Forbidden LEGO: Build the Models Your Parents Warned You Against, the book shows how to make among other things an automatic Lego gun, a catapult, a high-voltage Lego vehicle, and a continuous fire ping pong launcher! Of course, Legos can be dangerous enough by themselves - ask my brother in-law who once got a Lego tire stuck up his nose and had to have it surgically removed.
Here's the full story for those so-inclined.
