bodytag - web programming explorations is a great website when you need a bit (or a lot) of inspiration. I can't remember how I got there, but I surely stayed for a while!
I'm mostly (if not only) interested in the DHTML or JS bits, so those are the only ones I can comment on. When I saw the code for the
3Dballs example, it seemed very simple. And yet the effect is so striking.
