IT Hit offers a definite improvement on the default Web Author Console in MCMS 2002 - for free! Also improves GREATLY on "Insert Hyperlink", "Copy Page" and "Move Page" dialogs.
Installs easily (but be aware of whether you are running SP1 or SP1a and install accordingly - I wasn't paying attention and encountered a weird JS error due to installing the wrong version).
