this inspiring article.
The article mentions that the "silly questions" inexperienced users tend to ask, are often worth listening to - which is so, so true. But when I think about it, I never do - which was why the article caught my attention. I have to learn to not automatically say "no, that's not how it works" or "no, we can't do that" when someone questions the functionality of an application I'm in charge of.
Note to self: be openmindedly optimistic when talking to users ;-)
