Additional requirements of the job include: 'Agile Software Development' processes and UML, Uniformed Modeling Language. Yes I haven't posted in quite awhile, I have been pretty busy with the birth of my son as well as deciding on the direction I want go with my career. I have hit a sort of brick wall with my job.
