So I'm an MSN® Hotmail Extra Storage User, why should I continue now that GMail is here...

I've had the Hotmail Extra Storage for a couple years now and was wondering why I should stick around...  Got this this morning...So if you are paying the 19.95 yearly, you're about to go from 10 meg to 2 gig.  Not bad. Not free, but it's an improvement.

As a valued MSN Hotmail Extra Storage subscriber, we will be upgrading your storage capacity to a massive 2GB with 20MB attachment size at no extra cost to you*!

These changes will be happening this summer as we upgrade you to our improved service, MSN Hotmail Plus.  MSN Hotmail Plus will not only give you greater space for photos, music, movie clips but a more streamlined web e-mail experience with no graphical advertisements.
All this in addition to the existing great features you enjoy currently with MSN Hotmail Extra Storage:

I do not require the upgrade. Do not debit my credit card - I no longer require Extra Storage.

Did you get the 2GBs yet? It was promised by the end of July, and still no sign of it.

I have the 20 meg option. It has done nothing but slow up my hotmail (I have lots of folders and maybe that has something to do with it).

I tried to get tech support (to discuss this problem), on phone and then several times on-line to a tech support unit (in India). No answers. Very frustrating.

I no longer require a service that simply bogs down my email, so please no longer debit my card--the problem is common, that much I got from one of the Microsoft people on the line, after several hours at it-- for an Extra Storage "service" that has caused me so many problems. And email me a confirmation that I have been taken off the improved "extra service."

I have so many passwords, usernames etc etc that I can no longer respond when asked for my hotmail password. I may have given a wrong one when trying to access billing and I think some of my emails are now not getting through. How do I find out my password please?
