we are desparate for some documentation on customizing MS CRM 3.0. we are not aware of any book that is available before april. do you know of any documentation that describes how to customize etc using the sdk?

For this section of the install :

Microsoft CRM Client for Outlook Setup User Input - I get this error:

File or assembly name 5kyssqax.dll or one of its dependencies was not found.

Everytime I run the install I get a new dll that it can't find. Not much on the web about this error. I am hoping that you can help me.
