The European Cookie Law finally became part of UK law in May
2011 and the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) will now start to enforce
it after a year’s grace.
Interpreting the requirements isn’t easy and there has been
little guidance from the ICO itself. Some clarification has finally come from the
