Software Development Industrial Revolution

The only way to get ahead in this industry is to get the software out of the door more quickly than the competition. Last year, our company made billions because they worked out a way to get the data to the traders 600 milliseconds faster than the competition! Now, this is an extreme example, but it highlights the speed of the industry.

Deploying Team Server

There are a number of challenges to overcome when developing a new business. One of the hardest to get right is your web presence. I have been involved with Scottish Enterprise before and recently got a question from my sister-in-law who has a new job over at Islington Enterprise, and questions are always asked about Websites, SEO, DNS, Blogs, Accessibility and other things that most Internet users just do not understand. Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Installation Guide

The TFS guys have just updated the Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Installation Guide to a new version released on 4/1/2007 and it incorporates all of the SP1 updates.
