Vista Mobile Device Center


One thing I loved, with the update of Media Player 11 and ActiveSync 4.2, on my phone (Windows Mobile 5.0 - Orange SPV M3100) with Windows XP was that it detected that I had a 1gb SD card and added it to the sync devices of Media Player. This allowed me to download my Channel9 and DotNetRocks podcasts and sync them with my phone on a daily basis. I just could not be bothered to sync them manually before.

Deploying Team Server


This seems like the best solution where TFS is concerned. That way I can run Reporting Services on the DB box and negate the extra licence that is required on a separate RS box. It all costs money!

Visual Studio SP1 and Team System SP1 are Released!


I have been waiting for this for a while and Brian Harry has some comments and notes on the topic. I will be installing this as soon as its mammoth 450mb download completes.

Windows Live Writer


Just got myself setup on this new tool called Windows Live Writer which allows me to write my blog offline and then publish my content. I think that a mobile edition for my pocket PC would be good!
