So, I started to see if I can write programs in Linux.  Found this very nice IDE.  Mono.  it seams to be very close to .NET development IDE in windows.

I started to write some of my programs over again and design the GUI.  But, what is going on?  it crashes on me without a beep.  No warnings, no backup.  So I loose every single change I made in the last hour that I did not save!!!

Am I doing something wrong?  This is running on Linux Mint, on P4, 2.5GB ram, a lot of resources.

Now, after sometime trying to find that Application.exit() is Application.Quit() in Mono.  and Text control is Entry.
Why is it so hard to get any help or examples to show how to navigate through Mono?
And, is debugging actually planed to be implemented in Mono?
It is not that I am trying to ignore all the efforts in the free development or anything; I completely appreciate all that work these guys went through.  But, I am sure they had to add the debugging part to it so, we can find out where and what we did wrong in the code

Now, I just found out that there is a separate debugger for Mono.  I need to go find that and try it.  I really can not work with out being able to debug my code and step into it.
