As promised Microsoft has released today the September CTP of Sandcastle. Thanks to Stéphane who has let me know that Microsoft released the August CTP of Project "Sandcastle" which is Microsoft's documentation compiler which was introduced around the same time the NDoc project was officially announced dead by its creator. There are a lot of speculations floating around the world wide web on whether or not "Sandcastle" contributed to this.
