In analogy to my previous post of the OCIW32.dll file being locked you might also encounter that the Orahasgen10.dll file is locked as well:
To be able to continue the installation make sure that you stop the OracleMTSRecoveryService. This can be done by running the following command:
net stop OracleMTSRecoverySrevice
