Gotta give myself some Kudos!!!!

I just passed the 8th and final test to become MS Certified. I got the MCSD.NET and MCAD.NET in both C# and VB.NET. I'm a contractor, so I didnt want to just get certified in one language, and if you can use both, why not! So, kudos to myself, its been quite the road. :)

Great Job. What really be nice is if you gave us a detailed blog of your journey to certification. Here some ideas:

1) Top 5 reasons you decided to get certified?
2) What books/resources/courses/web sites/etc.. did you use for your studying?
3) In what order did you write the exams?
4) How much preperation time did you need for the exams?
5) If you had to do it again, what would you do differently, if anything?
6) What level of experience did you have before starting your studying?

I know a lot of this is relevant to the experience of the individual, but none the less I still thing it would be usefull and interesting.
