asp.net core as a windows service
Posting this to remind myself that nssm just doesn't suck.If you want to run a windows service and it's asp.net do this.Publish your app to a folder on windows. Make sure dotnet 1.1 > is installed on the box.get nssmrun nssm install MyServicein the first box put dotnetin the second put the folder of where you just published your app.in the third put the name of your app .dll (don't forget the .dll) MyService.dllthen it's done. that simple folks ......

angular it's just angular now
angular.io it's just angular man. using angular-cli with webpack is the way to go.Use gitter and the angular/angular channel if you have questions. They are friendly and responsive.rxjs of course rocks it.and of course built with and in typescript makes for less buggy code. I still have issues with git. I used git but my compile I think breaks the git pull on the server side.There should be a way to ignore that and just get the damn latest, but NOOOO. rest --hard didn't fix it either.boy they should ......
