Google Brings AJAX to Java

As Google announced, they will be releasing Google Web Toolkit to support building AJAX-ian web applications with Java. I just wish it were available for .NET as well. Not that I don't have faith in Microsoft's Atlas, but I would like to see and play with Google's approach.

Give it 6-12 months... someone will port the same thing over to .Net. Only to have MS clobber it with their own take 24-36 months later...

A year and a half later and who's still going strong in the game? Microsoft. I guess Google's kung fu isn't as strong as most seem to think.
