I made it to TechEd 2005 in Orlando. It's raining! Oh well. It is supposed to rain all week. Oh well again. In Orlando yourself? Feel free to contact me. I went out with a lot of the INETA folk for dinner tonight before the big INETA UG leader conference tomrrow at the JW Marriott here. We ate too much food. I didn't see Emeril. Oh well again...

The International .NET Association (INETA) has appointed two new board members for a three year term. This brings the board membership to seven people. The two new board members are: Julie Lerman Chris Pels ----------------------------- Julie Lerman leads the Vermont .NET User Group. Chris Pels leads the Boston .NET User Group. Both of these folks have gone out of their way to help make INETA what it is today. They are both outstanding volunteers and are eager to help INETA grow in this next year....

The INETA board meets every 3 or 4 months face-to-face to go over issues that INETA faces and plan for the next quarter. This last meeting (last Saturday) was very special for us. INETA brought in the board and a representative from each of the INETA committees (UG Relations, Marketing, Infrastructure, Academic and Speakers) to meet with INETA's first full-time employee.
