Necessary Security Account and Groups for BizTalk Server 2004 Multi-Box Installation

Below I have created and easy worksheet for everyone to use while preforming a BizTalk 2004 Multi-Box installation. This worksheet matches my  QuickStart Guide to Installing & Configuring BizTalk Server 2004 for Windows Server 2003 Multi-Box Installation . This worksheet is similar to the one in Microsofts's BizTalk Server 2004 Multi-Box Installation. I have fixed a few errors and added an account, so that each application pool will use a different user.

Create an OU called BizTalkServer and create all accounts and groups within that.

I see these instructions for a production environment. How have you setup your development and testing security accounts and groups? I thought of prepending Dev and Test to the suggested names above. Or do you use a different domain or local accounts? Thanks,
