Microsoft.com website is too busy

When I went to Microsft.com this morning at 9:47, I am getting a "Server is too busy" message. See it below. What's going on here?

Ummm...I'm guessing that the server was too busy....

David, I was thinking more along the lines of Denial of Service attacks and if anyone knew of any towards microsoft.com.
