I have been assigned in my copious free time to create best practices guides for the developers here. I decided to start with SQL because I have recently been looking at the other developers code and seen some really ugly things. I attended Doug Seven's session at Tech 2004 on this issue so I already have that information. I am looking to have something more robust. These guides will most likely turn into policies and procedures here.
