You want to manage Permissions in TFS more easily, ya me too!

Kannan as just release the First CTP version of Team Foundation Server Admin Tool on gotdotnet. Now that will be a usefull tool if it does what it claims it can do. I will give it a spin and put an update of my appreciation.

Thanks for your interest in the tool.

The only limitation with this CTP version is that it supports only one role assignment on the TFS server side per user. So if you want to give an user both a contributor level permissions and say build services permissions create a new team foundation server group say 'DevLead' with those permissions.

Please do provide us with feedback on new feature request or any issues that you might encounter.
