[Piggyback on previous post] Wouldn't Web Project files solve the EnC problems we currently have with asp.net?

Just a general question, but wouldn't bringing back the web project file give Edit-n-Continue a lot more ability to work?

Since right now EnC doesnt even attempt to work for ASP.Net apps
