If you update a "Closed" item on the MSDN Product Feedback, does it bubble up to the top of lists again?

IE, without “Reopening” the item, which is somewhat overkill sometimes, I wonder if updating the item bubbles it back up... and if so, do the MS guys see that the feedback item changed since they last saw it?

I'm asking because I've made a few suggestions that are being evaluated for the Orcas release, and I annotated a couple of them with more info on the suggestion.  So, instead of reopening a suggestion (especially right now before the 2005 ship date), I've just edited them with further thought on the suggestion.

Is this the right way or I wonder if I should just reopen it to “make sure” it doesnt get lost in the shuffle? :-)
