Well, I'm a newbie both at blogging and at TechEd so I figure I'll start 'em both now. There are dozens of excellent articles pouring out of TechEd Bloggers and I'm always saying, “Boy, if I were a blogger I'd link to that” because not only would the very few (read: wife) that read this want to know but I would like to be able to reference it again in the future. If you haven't checked out the TechEd Bloggers site do so now. The content is great leading up to the event and will only get better as next week rolls in.
My focus as of late has been with trying to get a .NET users group started in Bloomington Indiana. I've had mixed success but I'm still hopeful we can make it work. Head on over to the South Central Indiana .NET Users Group site and see what we've done. If you are from the Bloomington, IN area be sure and sign up for our giveaway and attend our June meeting with Developer Evangelist Chris Mayo. More details will follow at the SCI-NUG website.
So on to TechEd. I'm very grateful my company values me enough to spend the big money to send me to such a spectacular event. Perhaps they just want to be rid of me for a week. If that's the case then we've both won. My trek to Orlando starts tomorrow morning. I'll continue to post as the days roll by and I will probably start a Flickr section with pictures from the event.
I also want to thank geekswithblogs.net for allowing me to post my blog with them. I look forward to many days in their aggregator.
