CMM , once accessed , is a permanent thing. But ISO practices are to be followed so as to ensure process integrity and maturity.

We need both , if we are serious about Process quality.

For CMM, there are some key processing areas are there. From CMM2 to CMM5. Once assessed it is for life.

But in ISO, auditors will audit the company every six months. after three years it has to be renewed.

Hi,
ISO : it is for all type of company , not depend upon specifice product.

CMM : it is dedicated for only S/W Development company & s/w product.
