One query though:

Do the people who demand that the site owners send them literature really think that you have the time and patience to individually reply to all of their requests?! Especially when the language used in the requests range from impolite to seemingly rude demands instead of respectfull requests.

If you are after resources go look for them yourself using the links that have been provided. Do some work for yourself. It really does pay dividends in future.
