What is the mission of the Community Lounge/Cabana Area/ “Meet the Technologist” Sessions? The mission is to create an interactive oasis in a high-trafficked area for all. It will:
o Provide an area to meet and engage with presenters (as a follow up to breakout sessions)
o Implement lessons learned from TechEd 2003 and PDC2003 around ATE and Lounges
o Eliminate the speaker lounge and have speakers congregate at their area's track cabana.

- The sessions will appear in the mini-guide schedule and in the conference guide.
- Registered attendees will be able to download the sessions into their calendars as well from the calendaring tool.
Why are they called “Meet the Technologist” Sessions and not “Chalk Talks?”
- We came up with the name “Meet the Technologist” Sessions because TechEd had used “Chalk Talks” in the past to represent sessions that were held for 45 minutes during lunch. Other events had “Chalk Talks” and since this was a net new feature of TechEd, we chose to call it the “Meet the Technologist” sessions to give the audience the opportunity to realize these sessions were much more intimate than breakout sessions held in the breakout rooms.
