Wh00t! Ayende has published an article on MSDN about some of my favorite topics as well as Castle!!!
Ayende's article does an excellent job covering this very complex topic, better than I ever have, for sure. If you are working in a complex system and you are not using IoC, please take the time to read this article. Because IoC enables this kind of programming I pushed my entire application over to Castle's MonoRail, which can easily leverage the Windsor Container.
