As I've mentioned in my previous blog post, this was my first time attending the Summit and yes it was a blast! Aside from the interesting session contents and cool stuffs presented at the summit, I was able to finally meet fellow MVPs from Germany, Australia, Switzerland, Canada, USA, Spain, Belgium, Japan, China, Singapore,Indonesia, India, UK and Philippines. We had a lot of great conversations and of course had a lot of fun spending time with them. I was also able to interact with the MVP Leads, Microsoft rock stars, Program Managers, Product Groups, ASP.NET team and ASP.NET Insiders and they were all nice and very friendly people.
Overall it was really a great experience! Thanks Microsoft for having this kind of gathering. This would really help build a very strong developer community in Microsoft technology stack.

The ASP.Net Team just announced the release this week. The main update includes Visual Studio Web Tooling Enhancements, ASP.Net Web API Enhancements, ASP.Net SignalR, Windows Azure Authentication Enhancements, WebForms and MVC enhancements. Please check ScottGu's blog for details.

PerfView is a tool for quickly and easily collecting and viewing both time and memory performance data. This tool is really useful when doing some performance analysis in your application.
