Looks like BOF's will be an ongoing feature of the Microsoft conferences. The planning for BOF's at Teched2k4 has started and there is a site at www.ineta.org/bof although it has not been publicized yet.
For PDC we did have enough submissions and had to turn down a number of people, this time it would be nice to have many more to choose from and combine. On a purely logistical front, we will need more volunteers to help.
It is helpful to have someone able to monitor each room to welcome the host(s) and help with anything that might be needed. It also gives us a first hand report on how the session went.
One thing I would like to see is to have much better visibility in the conference schedules, signage, etc.
