Problems installing the updated help?

I've tried to install the new, updated help file for BizTalk 2004. Unfortunately I get an error message, "Please insert the disk:" and have either 'OK' or 'Cancel'. OK just re-prompts me, and Cancel rolls back the install.

I tried extracting and running the MSP file on its own, and it looks like it's trying to copy a new BTSNTSvc.exe and failing, which seems a little strange... (The service was stopped anyway, so it shouldn't have caused too much of a problem)

Anybody have any ideas how to fix this?

Update: Yves Peneveyre left a comment point to the newsgroup solution:

"Try to copy your BTS2004 MSI file onto a local drive and remove the CD from the drive.
Restart the setup and when it prompts you for the MSI location, point to the local MSI file."

This worked fine for me - thanks!

Hello Duncan,
There is a solution for this problem on the MS newsgroup :
Try to copy your BTS2004 MSI file onto a local drive and remove the CD from the drive.
Restart the setup and when it prompts you for the MSI location, point to the local MSI file.
Normally it should work....

Thanks Yves - I was just about to blog after finding this solution myself :-) I didn't see anything on the NG when I checked a couple of days ago.

If it doesn't prompt source location, change following key

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\79404B104ADDBA247B7C34F226033AE9\SourceList\Media

DiskPrompt [1] to [0]

It has worked for me.
