So after Chris prodded me and since I’ve been heckling Rob on Twitter, I figured I should finally throw my hat in the ring for this 100 Pushup Challenge that’s become all the rage on Twitter and in the blogosphere.
In a nutshell:
See how many pushups you can do before you fail.
Compare that number with a chart to determine your starting level.
Begin doing a 6 week program that aims to get you to 100 pushups within a month and a half.
So tonight I hit the gym and tried for my max pushups. I hit 15, although the last one was a pretty big effort so I’m going to call it 14 which puts me in the second level.
So game on, let's see where this goes.
