First off, let's answer the question of what an RD, or Microsoft Regional Director is. From this Microsoft site, they say"
"Regional Directors aren't Microsoft employees--they're independent developers, architects, trainers, and other professionals who provide a vital link between Microsoft and the developer community."
So Regional Directors should be key figures in your community efforts. Obviously, this isn't always the case...but that's a topic for another post.
But this post is meant to open your browsers to a site dedicated to aggregating the blogs of these RD's into a nice little package, and for those of us developing web applications with ASP.NET, there's some great stuff to discover.
You can check out The Region here. Since making this a regular stop on my blog reading, I've been catching up on the writings of Steven Smith, Michael Palermo, Jonas Folleso, and many other great blog authors.
If you're looking for a few more good tech blogs to subscribe to, you owe it to yourself to check out The Region.
And while you're at it, you just might find another speaker option to fill that open month slot coming up for your User Group.
