I had the worst workout in a long time this morning...I think partially do to just the stress and emotions of leaving my current employer...partially that last night I went straight from work to babysitting my niece/nephews for the evening...but anyway...

5 min @ lvl 10 > 100 RPM
Weights
40 @ 300 lbs Leg Press
40 @ 200 lbs Calf Extensions
20 @ 105 lbs Front Row
20 @ 50 lbs Shoulder Shrugs
30 @ 65 lbs Straight Arm Pulldowns*
*I don't understand what the issue is with the Straight Arm Pulldown machine...in Montreal I was doing 120 lbs, but here it doesn't even go that high...although there is a level for doing things either easier or harder...so maybe "harder" doubles the tension simulating double the weight or something? Not sure...
