Had a lunch meeting so my workout was a bit shorter than usual.

Weights
30 bench press @ 85 lbs (+5 lbs - used bar)
40 leg press @ 250 lbs
30 quads @ 160 lbs (+5 lbs )
40 calf extensions @ 250 lbs (+20 lbs)
20 Seated Rows @ 120 (+15 lbs)
