So today was the second really gruelling workout. I was still sore from the one two days ago, and believe me: I'm going to be REALLY feeling this tomorrow morning if not sooner. I can't lift my arms over my head yet (putting my ear-plugs in is kinda funny).
So my funny story from the workout: I lie down on a mat ready to do my first set of 150 crunches. There's about 3 people on the bikes next to me, another person doing some iron-crosses next to me. I lift my legs up, pull my head up, and count "1". Then I let rip a really loud fart. And not just an air-passing-through fart either...more of the what-did-I-have-for-dinner-last-night type. All I could do was say "excuse me", but nobody seemed to notice or care. Still a little embarassing though.
So yeah...it was a pretty harsh workout I think...more weights involvd, which I like, but to try and get it all done within a 2 hour span...man, its tough! It changed up a bit too:
30 min bike
10 min treadmill (did better this time, but still had to hang on the bar)
2 x 150 sissys (name is NOT a good indicator of the exercise...they were brutal)
3 x to-failure half-ball pushups
3 x 150 crunches
4 x 10 Lats
4 x 10 ...grab handles attached to weights, then pull in front of you in an x...can't remember the name
4 x 10 clover
So now I'm off until Wednesday of next week, although I think I've learned enough to put in a workout on Monday anyway (my last workout I did alot without needing any weights at all). I'll do a weigh-in maybe tonight too...its been two weeks I think since I weighed myself?
