Need XPe Help!

Does anyone know how to disable the proxy settings in IE for an XPe device? We want it grayed out so they can't change it. I'm hoping its a registry setting, but the registry on an XPe device seems different than full blown XP.

I don't know how to gray out those settings but one of more useful workaround is to rename "inetcpl.cpl" which can be found at :
%windir%\system32\

This will not let the user of IE to change or even view IE settings!
