Just noticed that Tony, our ASP.NET product manager has already blogged about this, but in case you did not see it, we finally released APTCA marked assemblies for both CLR1 and CLR2 of NetAdvantage 6.2.  This special version of the controls marked with the ATPC (“Allow Partically Trusted Callers”) attribute means that you can now deploy the assemblies into Medium trust hosting environments, such as those generally used by DotNetNuke or Sharepoint.
