Howto: Using DotNetOpenAuth v3.4.x with ASP.NET MVC2

When targeting ASP.NET MVC 2, this assemblyBinding makes MVC 1 references relink to MVC 2 so libraries such as DotNetOpenAuth that compile against MVC 1 will work with it.

I am using this version of openAuth in VS 2010 and MS SQL 2008/2005. When I run the setup.aspx page, the following exception was thrown. I tried to enable tcp/pipe in the SQL configuration setting as well as file/folder access permissions to no avail.

Your help is highly appreciated.
