Last week I had a flashback memory of a "language" we created back in the days of high school. I talked about it with John Alexander and Jeff Julian, and I am going to try to revive it.
The rules are simple: to speak in lung you simply spell out the words you wish to speak, with a twist...
You add the sound "ung" to the end of consonants, and you just say the vowels as they come.
Example: "Hello World" is said "Hung-e lung lung-o Wung-o rung lung dung"
A special rule applies for the C and K. Since they both have a "kuh" sound to them, you need to differentiate by saying "cooyai" (pronounced "cooy-eye") for the C.
So... "rock band" would be said "rung-o cooyai kung bung-a nung dung"
If you get advanced, and you want to mix it up, you could mix in or alternate the "ung" sounds with "ing"
"Merry Christmas" - Mung-e ring rung ying Cooyai hing rung-i sing tung mung-a sung
There it is. Learn it. Live it. Love it.
Dung-o-u gung Bung-u tung sing cooyai hing-e ring.
