This is a neat little page with a couple setting changes you can make to Firefox to speed it up *a lot*. It's so easy even your mom can handle it. Check it out!
I tried it last night on 2 of my home machines, it makes a big difference! It's not that hard to do. When I first looked @ the post I said to myself 'self, this looks like some stupid show off do nothing little exercise in time wasting', but in reality, it only took a less than a minute, was absolutely simple, and really helped. Don't just look at this and say to yourself ' eh, self, um you might want to do this or something, maybe later', and forget, and put it off. Don't! Take the time, it's worth it.
