Chris G. Williams Beware: I mix tech and personal interests here.
INETA Speaker Shawn Wildermuth is coming to the Twin Cities in February to speak at the Developers Guild.

I'll get the website updated ASAP, but wanted to get this out there now:

“Introducing Silverlight”

Abstract:

While Silverlight has a lot of people buzzing, many others think its just another Flash in the pan. But for web developers who are sick of fighting the browser, Silverlight represents a fresh step forward to create compelling applications on the web. In this talk I will create an application from scratch with no parlor tricks or pre-fabricated code to show you how easy it really is.
