In the age of 27, as an IT Developer, I maybe one of the highest paid developer here in our country. If I based my current salary in this
chart, I am between Manager/Specialist and Senior Manager/Expert (Philippines) and I believe I am worth it.
But sometimes a big salary is not worth if your boss really sucks. An incedent happened yesterday when our CEO complained about my work. He just emailed me saying that my work was wrong, period! Didn't even bother to mention what is wrong or what did he input that made my work wrong. And so, I emailed him asking what specifically is the problem and his answer was "Are you joking?"...now what kind of crap is that?! Ok so I am being patient and tried to investigate (clueless on what to do). I dig the stored procedures...tried diffrent queries and hell, the output were all the same. And guess what...my work is working properly!!!
Lesson learned:
I need a new job....my
