As I'm a fan of planes, airports, maps and google (oops, there I said it ...) I like to discover how the big airports of the world look like from the sky. This evening I had a look at Chicago O'Hare International Airport and found something strange.

Have a look at this map (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=nl&geocode=&q=chicago&sll=37.060383,-95.673065&sspn=0.190958,0.307617&ie=UTF8&ll=41.976205,-87.900247&spn=0.000695,0.001202&t=h&z=20).

A plane being photoshopped away. Why ?

Hi Bruce, you're correct. Must be a stich of two pictures. Did I say already I'm also fan of the X-files ;-)

It's probably a stich of two photos. If you look at the plane below you will see it are actually 2 different planes. The back does not match the front.
