WANTED: Glasgow based Trainee .NET Developer

My employer is looking to hire a trainee .NET developer. No real previous .NET experience is required, but you must have a passion for development and the latest technology.

You'll get the opportunity to learn and work with many practices and tools that fall under the ALT.NET banner:

This is a great opportunity for someone just starting out in the .NET world. You'll get full training in all the above technologies and more (SQL Server, jQuery, etc.). Problems building rhino-tools/Castle/NHibernate

I'm trying to build rhino-tools/Castle/NHibernate stack following the instructions here: http://davidgardiner.blogspot.com/2007/10/building-rhino-tools-from-trunk.html but for the life of me I can't get it working! Whenever I try to build Castle, either using the modified build script from Dave or the ones supplied with Castle I get the following error:

Warning as error: Invalid search path 'C:\Program Files\\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\lib' specified in 'LIB environment variable' -- 'The system cannot find the path specifiied'

Notice the \\? That's not a typo, exactly the error message returned. I've search high and low for where this path is coming from but I can't find anything!

Has anyone ever came across this problem before? Any suggestions?
