Not all that impressive for a Dell Latitude D820, IMO.  I do like that the disk is a 5.  I expected the disk to be lower, since typically disk performance on laptop computers is, in a word, abysmal.

That is sad. I thought 820 is kinda higher end... 3 definitely sucks.

I'm pretty sure that Dell has a couple of different video cards available for this model. The NVS 110M is not the top of the line one. I'm not sure how the other would rate, but would surely bring the score up. It seems likely that the video card would be the bottleneck on this system, regardless, though. I don't know what the score would be on the other video card, but it seems unlikely that it'd be higher than 4.7, which is what it would take to make memory be the bottleneck.
