I don’t ever remember seeing so many articles about a development feature that won’t be available for years.  My own opinion?  Good start, and I’m glad that Microsoft is FINALLY doing something with O/R mapping.  But, it needs some work and refactoring.  It’s clumsy right now, especially if you’re using stored procs.  You are using stored procs, aren’t you?  I’m confident that these wrinkles will be ironed out before we see production code.
