Hope everyone got[or will get] what they wanted these holidays.
I got me enough high grade analog and digital optical audio cables and power filters, and UPS power to last me an hour [maybe more] for my home office / studio with everything on and power out. If there is a lightning storm outside [daily in Tampa,FL in June-September season] I can safely continue working uninterrupted and not have any interference in audio or video. My Internet connection is fiber-optic from Verizon FIOS meaning that I have a steady uninterrupted signal and bandwidth though all ......

Windows Live Mobile Messenger BETA [Web Application]
[this was an update to the last post, but I think this deserves a new one] Take your WM5 Device and type this in: This is Windows Live Mobile Messenger Web Application [BETA] - it rocks! I just loaded it up with my second messanger account and have been having fun with it for few minutes - it works! There is no live refresh of the page when someone sends you a message, but that's ok - since the message on the screen of your pal will show that you ARE using a mobile device ......

Windows Live Search Mobile - great experience from a mobile device
This time it's an Application rather then a website. And I seem to like it this way more - the UI is nice and snappy, no need to clog the dataline on the device with UI [HTML]. I am completely foregoing Pocket Maps from Microsoft - since this does Directions and always up to date Traffic. If you have WM5 device and you find yourself looking for maps or directions [one day you would] - you need to check it out - You can find detailed comparison to Google maps online service here ......
