Who's next after Circuit City?
Yesterday at lunch, I had a chance to stop by the local Circuit City store. It was interesting to note that many buyers left the store without purchasing anything even with their bankruptcy announcement. After walking the aisles, I soon realized that the 20% off retail sale that was going on was not enough for purchasers to buy in this economy. No, it's not another product or a new sales figure or them buying out another company. More importantly, the company has joined OLPC. OLPC is the one laptop per child program that Nicholas Negroponte started in 2005.
